Beata is the co-founder of Inwenta. She has been a Managing Partner since 2004.
Beata has been working in the personnel consulting industry since 1999. Beata has built her experience in this area by working for both Polish and foreign companies. Through her work at TMP World Wide, Beata has had the opportunity to gain experience and apply cutting-edge HR knowledge and practice. Beata has extensive experience in implementing recruitment projects for many Polish and international companies. She has been actively working for the development of the Polish recruitment market in the field of Interim Management since 2004. Beata is a co-founder of the Polish Interim Managers Association (SIM) and a member of the SIM programme board. Beata is an ICC Certified Coach and has experience in conducting workshops and training sessions. Since 2019, Beata has been working to promote diversity in business and co-founded the foundation ALL IN. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Foundation.

We implement interim management projects through a specialised business unit, i.e., Inwenta Interim Partners. Our database contains more than 1,200 active interim managers. Our experience in interim management dates back to 2009.
According to the independent survey of the interim management market for 2021, conducted annually by the Polish Interim Managers Association, our market share in interim management projects carried out by service providers amounts to ca. 43%.
Inwenta also has extensive experience in projects to diagnose and develop the competence of employees and job candidates using AC/DC methods. We implement projects related to 360˚ Feedback, engagement surveys, and leadership surveys. We help organisations build and implement comprehensive in-company training and development projects.
We initiate many online webinars and offline conferences on HR solutions for business, run open workshops on introduction to interim management for managers, and educate interim managers at various stages of their professional life. For the past 10 years, we have also organised the industry’s annual Summer HR conference.
We actively perform on a pro bono basis — as an initiator-founder of the Polish Interim Managers Association (SIM), which promotes the idea of interim management among entrepreneurs and candidates — and in the foundation supporting diversity and inclusion in the working environment, i.e., ALL IN.
