We have prepared our WIL Group Privacy Notice to ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements.

This statement of Privacy applies to the WIL Group website and governs data collection and usage. By using the WIL Group website you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This statement also explains the relationship between WIL Group and its member firms. These firms have the legal responsibility to adhere to the GDPR legislation on all personal data that they hold and handle whether pertaining to Candidate, Client or Supplier data. Member firms are separate legal entities and are fully responsible for their database upkeep and adherence to responsibilities and requirements under GDPR.

Any information that you choose to share or upload to the WIL Group website is automatically forwarded to the relevant Member firm.

WIL Group Members and GDPR

The WIL Group insists on the strict adherence of GDPR legislation to all of its members. Each member firm must have:

    - Yearly GDPR training and a clear understanding of the compliant processes needed to share data between members under GDPR.

    - Organisational measures in place to protect data.

    - A yearly Quality audit that also includes each member’s use of personal data in relation to the GDPR legislation.

      Collection of your Personal Information and GDPR Policy

      The WIL Group occasionally collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code/ Post Code, country of access, age, gender, preferences, interests and favourites.

      Any information that you choose to share or upload to the WIL Group website is automatically forwarded to the relevant Member firm.

      The WIL Group abides by GDPR and other data regulations at all times. Candidate, client and supplier data are held by each local member firm and they, as separate legal entities are responsible for their database upkeep, adhering to responsibilities and requirements, within whatever jurisdiction they are located or wherever the data they hold has certain regulations or guidelines.

      There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by WIL Group. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Website addresses. This information is used by WIL Group for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the WIL Group website.

      Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through The WIL Group public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: The WIL Group does not read any of your private online communications.
