Domenico is one of TIM's founders, with extensive experience in dealing with restructuring operations and management of interim management projects.

Prior to his role at TIM Management, Domenico was Partner at Overseas Partners SPA - the management company of a private equity fund - where he was responsible for European acquisitions in various sectors.

Previously he had been CEO and consultant for Tropical Shipping Srl, a company owned by Dole Fresh Fruit, and President of Costa International BV, a holding owned by Costa Crociere, specifically tasked with the management and reorganization of subsidiaries in North and South America.

He has a degree in Economics from Genoa University, and speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
