What are the requirements and challenges that executive interim managers face when accepting cross-border projects?

The umbrella organization ”Deutsches Interim Management -DDIM” held its annual meeting on November 8th to 9th. Interim managers, providers and guests from business, science and politics met there. At it´s annual conference DDIM gave insight into the latest market developments, listen to exciting impulse lectures and find the opportunity for extensive networking in diverse expert discussions and workshops. 


One of the workshops entitled International Cross-border Projects, was led and moderated by Ricky L Stewart. Ricky, a partner at the Management Angels Germany and GroNova Switzerland  gave insights into the practical details of international Management projects. With his professional background from the WIL Group (Worldwide Interim Leadership) which delivers global executive interim and transformation management to clients around the world, Mr. Stewart explained the requirements and challenges that Interim Managers are facing when accepting cross-border projects.
