What does the #BreakTheBias, mean to you? 

Breaking the bias in this particular context of gender, means fully breaking the tendency to prefer one gender over another. It is a form of unconscious bias, or implicit bias, which occurs when one individual unconsciously attributes certain attitudes and stereotypes to another person or group of people. These ascribed behaviours affect how the individual understands and engages with others. Moving forward, bringing equality within our workforce and life, with no pre judgements or stereotypes of gender is a crucial must!
