The WIL Group, a global leader in premium interim management solutions established in 2014, is proud to announce the appointment of Karlygash Abiyeva as its new Executive Director. The strategic transition in leadership, with Jason Atkinson assuming the role of Chair, sets the stage for a dynamic era of growth and innovation for the organisation.

In her pivotal role as Executive Director, Karlygash will be instrumental in spearheading the development of a renewed strategy for the WIL Group. This strategy places a strong emphasis on expanding membership, fostering cross-border activities, and cultivating trusted relationships among member firms. One of the key components of this strategy is leveraging the rich diversity and expertise within the WIL Group talent pool.

Karlygash Abiyeva, who joined the WIL Group and X-PM (a co-founder of the international group) in 2017, has played a key role in managing members and overseas offices. Her responsibilities included facilitating communication and overseeing the business community to facilitate seamless cross-border activities.

With a PhD in political science from IEP Paris, Karlygash initiated her career in public institutions and the private sector, actively supporting the business development of European companies in Central Asia and Russia.

Expressing her enthusiasm about the new role, Karlygash states, "I am honoured to take on the position of Executive Director and contribute to the continued growth of the WIL Group as a premier worldwide provider of interim and transitional management solutions.
