Patrick Laredo, who founded X-PM and who has been leading X-PM since its inception has handed over the management of the company to François Beaugrand. Mr. Beaugrand has been associated with X-PM since 2016 and has been responsible for its operations and business development. He continues to uphold X-PM's distinctive business values in the highest quality in executive interim management space.

About François Beaugrand:

François has 25 years of General Management experience in the industrial arena. François began his career at Pechiney, where he initially held sales management responsibilities for specialty products, subsequently moving to a general management role of the group's aluminum foundry. He also worked at the Alcan group where he restructured their packaging division that catered to personal care products. He also rendered services at Sun Capital as the Managing Director, where he led the industrial and commercial restructuring of the Veriplast group, a European player in the plastic food packaging domain. In 2009, François was instrumental in organizing a leveraged buyout of Europe's third largest manufacturer of flexible packaging tubes for cosmetics.

He joined X-PM, the world leader in Executive Interim Management in 2016, and was responsible in creating the restructuring and crisis management practice. Subsequently, he lead the development of the industrial practice and took charge of the firm's operations

François Beaugrand graduated from ESSEC Business School (1988), and from ENSAM Paris Tech (1986). He is a former 2nd division Rugby Referee, and is passionate about food and wine. François is an avid motorcyclist and regularly participates in speed races on circuits.
